TODAY: where are you today? What are the positive and the negative points? What are the positive results? What should you improve?

GOAL: setting a goal means that it is high enough to be a challenge. Still it should be achievable and you should be able to measure the results.

ACTIONS: a goal without actions doesn't mean anything of course. So, define the key actions to be launched and when you get started.

MILESTONES: these are the action steps that support your action plan and where you measure what you have reached. Deadlines must be defined here.

Reaching your goals demands that you align your thinking and your mindset with them. Furthermore, never never ever renounce at an early stage or without having fired on all your cylinders for a long time!
