Set up a clear agenda, that is the structure of your presentation.

Golden rule #2:

Make your headline on top long enough and appealing, using more than a word or two.

Golden rule #3:

Use simple animation to build up your slide step by step, using "Appear".

Golden rule #4:

Group all your one-single line text blocks with meaningful pictures or graphs, and apply "Appear".

Golden rule #5:

Write little text. It's too much. No more than 5 words per line. No more than 5 lines. You should do less!
