Agenda: duplicate it to keep your audience's attention I had to review this morning a set of presentations to welcome newcomers in a high-end department of a corporation. I worked with the team over there on both contents and look & feel. For the final review, the latest version was OK, with a few exceptions. The most important shortcoming? --the agenda. It should have been perfect. It was not. You should have a clear-cut agenda. You have it in your next presentation, you say? OK. Then you repeat it each time you go to the next part of the agenda, don't you? No? Well, that's a weak point, and that was the shortcoming I mentioned earlier. Because your audience --colleagues, management team, customers, investors, bankers, and so on-- is probably not as enthusiastic as you are about your project and could lose track of what you are saying. You have to avoid this pitfall.
